- Delivery & Commencement: The Carpenter shall mobilize to the Japan Tokyo project site no later than June 20, 2025. All materials listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the site in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan, within five (5) business days of the Purchase Order acceptance date.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of structural carpentry work, and 30% upon final inspection and sign-off by the Buyer's project engineer in Japan Tokyo.
