Payment for the Carpenter services and materials specified in this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the account designated by the Carpenter, in accordance with the financial regulations of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru Lima:
- First Installment (40%): PEN 81,325.60 — Due upon formal acceptance of this Purchase Order and commencement of work on-site in Peru Lima. This payment covers material procurement and initial fabrication.
- Second Installment (35%): PEN 71,159.90 — Due upon completion of 60% of the physical work, as verified by the project supervisor of Construcciones del Pacífico S.A.C. in Peru Lima.
- Third Installment (25%): PEN 50,828.50 — Due upon final inspection, sign-off, and delivery of the completed carpentry work, including all warranty documentation.
The Carpenter shall commence work on June 23, 2025, and shall complete all tasks no later than August 29, 2025. All work shall be performed at the project site in Miraflores, Peru Lima, during standard working hours (07:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday). The Carpenter is required to submit a weekly progress report to the project manager every Friday. Any delays attributable to the Carpenter shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, in compliance with Peruvian commercial law applicable in Peru Lima.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of Peru and the Commercial Code of Peru, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Peru Lima.
- The Carpenter warrants that all materials used shall be of Peruvian origin where specified, free from defects, and compliant with the technical standards established by the Instituto Nacional de Calidad (INACAL) in Peru Lima.
- The Carpenter shall maintain valid professional insurance coverage (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil) throughout the duration of the contract, with a minimum coverage of PEN 500,000, as required for construction workers operating in Peru Lima.
- All carpentry work shall carry a minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. During this warranty period, the Carpenter shall repair or replace any defective work at no additional cost to the issuing company.
