- Scope of Work: This Purchase Order authorizes MasterCraft Carpenter Services to perform all carpentry-related fabrication, installation, and finishing works as itemized above at the designated project site in the Philippines Manila area. The Carpenter shall adhere to all specifications, measurements, and design drawings provided by Manila Construction & Interiors Inc.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of 75% of the Carpenter work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection and sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Carpenter vendor.
- Delivery and Timeline: All Carpenter deliverables must be completed and installed no later than July 15, 2025. The Carpenter is responsible for transporting all materials and finished products to the project site within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. Any delay beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day.
- Quality Standards: All woodwork and Carpenter craftsmanship must meet the Philippine National Building Code standards and the specific quality benchmarks outlined in the project annex. The Carpenter shall use only premium-grade, kiln-dried hardwoods sourced from certified suppliers in the Philippines Manila region.
- Warranty: The Carpenter provides a two (2) year warranty on all fabricated and installed woodwork. Any defects in materials or workmanship discovered within this period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Site Access and Safety: The Carpenter and all assigned workers must comply with the site safety protocols of the residential building in BGC, Taguig, Philippines Manila. Valid government-issued IDs and proper PPE are mandatory at all times.
- Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. No additional Carpenter work shall commence without prior written approval.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
