All materials, tools, and equipment required for the Carpenter's execution of work shall be provided by the Supplier unless otherwise specified in the line items below. The Carpenter shall comply with all applicable Russian Federal Construction Norms (SNiP), GOST standards, and local Moscow municipal building regulations governing carpentry and woodworking operations.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchaser and the Supplier for the provision of Carpenter services at the designated project site in Russia Moscow. Both parties acknowledge and accept all terms herein upon signature.
2. The Carpenter and all team members shall present valid Russian work permits, professional carpentry certifications, and liability insurance documentation prior to commencing any work on the Russia Moscow site. Failure to provide such documentation shall result in immediate suspension of work and potential termination of this Purchase Order.
3. All carpentry work shall be executed in compliance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Construction Activity, applicable GOST standards for wood products, and Moscow City Building Code requirements. The Carpenter shall bear full responsibility for workmanship quality and structural integrity of all timber installations.
4. Payment shall be processed in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and completion certificate for each milestone. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under Russian civil law.
5. The Supplier warrants that all Carpenter services shall be performed with reasonable skill and care, using materials of the grade and quality specified in the attached technical annex. A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all carpentry deliverables from the date of final acceptance in Russia Moscow.
6. Any changes to the scope of Carpenter work, modifications to design specifications, or extensions to the project timeline must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. Unauthorized deviations from this Purchase Order shall not be compensated.
7. In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia Moscow, in accordance with the applicable procedural rules.
8. The Supplier shall maintain a minimum of two (2) qualified Carpenter personnel on-site at all times during active working hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00–18:00 Moscow Time) to ensure continuous progress and adherence to the project schedule.

The Carpenter shall mobilize to the Russia Moscow project site no later than 22 June 2025. Phase 1 (structural timber framing and staircase construction) shall be completed by 15 July 2025. Phase 2 (paneling, cabinetry, and built-in storage) shall be completed by 20 August 2025. Phase 3 (decorative woodwork, finishing, and final quality inspection) shall be completed by 30 September 2025. The Supplier shall submit weekly progress reports to the Purchaser's project management office in Russia Moscow every Friday by 17:00.
