This Purchase Order covers all Carpenter works to be executed at the residential project site located at 45 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore Singapore. The Carpenter shall mobilise to the Singapore Singapore site no later than 23 June 2025 and shall complete all carpentry works by 15 August 2025. All materials and finished carpentry items must be delivered to the Singapore Singapore premises during working hours (08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday). The Carpenter is responsible for all logistics, transport, and offloading within Singapore Singapore. Any delays attributable to the Carpenter shall incur a penalty of SGD 500 per calendar day beyond the agreed completion date.
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Master Services Agreement dated 01 January 2025 between Meridian Construction & Interiors Pte Ltd and Golden Timber Craft & Carpentry Services Pte Ltd, both registered in Singapore Singapore.
- The Carpenter shall ensure all workmanship meets the standards prescribed by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore Singapore and complies with all applicable Singapore Singapore building codes and regulations.
- All timber and wood products supplied under this Purchase Order must be sourced from sustainable, FSC-certified suppliers and must comply with Singapore Singapore import regulations and pest control requirements (NParks).
- The Carpenter shall provide a minimum 12-month workmanship warranty on all carpentry items installed under this Purchase Order. The warranty is valid from the date of practical completion at the Singapore Singapore site.
- Payment shall be made in three milestones: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all fabrication and delivery to the Singapore Singapore site, and 30% upon final inspection and sign-off by the project manager at Singapore Singapore.
- The Carpenter shall maintain adequate public liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance throughout the duration of the project in Singapore Singapore. Certificates of insurance must be submitted prior to mobilisation.
- Any variations or additional Carpenter works beyond the scope of this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the authorised representative of Meridian Construction & Interiors Pte Ltd before execution.
- The Carpenter shall comply with all site safety rules, environmental regulations, and waste disposal guidelines applicable in Singapore Singapore. All offcuts and construction debris must be removed from the Singapore Singapore site daily.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre before proceeding to litigation in the Singapore Singapore courts.
- The Carpenter shall not subcontract any portion of the carpentry works without prior written consent from the purchaser. All subcontracts, if approved, must be registered with the relevant Singapore Singapore authorities.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, scope of Carpenter work, and financial obligations set forth in this Purchase Order. This document constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of carpentry services in Singapore Singapore.
