This Purchase Order is issued by Madrid Construction Group S.L. to the above-named Carpenter for the supply, fabrication, and on-site installation of custom carpentry elements for the residential renovation project located in Spain Madrid. Payment shall be made by bank transfer (SEPA) to the Carpenter's designated account within 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. A 30% advance payment (EUR 10,434.80) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining balance shall be settled in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of items 1–4 and 50% upon final acceptance of all carpentry work. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
The following terms govern this Purchase Order for Carpenter services in Spain Madrid:
- Compliance: The Carpenter shall perform all work in accordance with the CTE, the Reglamento de Seguridad en la Edificación, and all applicable regulations of the Comunidad de Madrid and the city of Madrid.
- Materials: All wood and carpentry materials must be FSC-certified or equivalent. The Carpenter shall provide material data sheets and compliance certificates upon request.
- Quality: All carpentry work must meet the standards specified in the project technical dossier. The issuing company reserves the right to reject work that does not conform to the approved designs.
- Insurance: The Carpenter shall maintain valid professional liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil) with a minimum coverage of EUR 300,000 for the duration of the contract, valid in Spain Madrid.
- Warranty: The Carpenter provides a minimum two-year warranty on all carpentry work and materials, in accordance with Spanish consumer and commercial law.
- Health and Safety: The Carpenter shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) and shall provide appropriate PPE for all on-site work in Spain Madrid.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.

The Carpenter is responsible for safe transport, loading, and unloading of all materials. Site access is available Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 CET. The Carpenter must coordinate with the Site Director, Mr. Fernando Gutiérrez, at least 48 hours in advance for any deliveries or on-site carpentry operations. Parking for the Carpenter's vehicle is available in the designated area at the rear of the building.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for Carpenter services in Spain Madrid. This document constitutes a binding agreement between Madrid Construction Group S.L. and Taller de Carpintería Vega & Hijos S.L.
