This Purchase Order is issued by Grupo Inmobiliario Levante S.A. to Talleres de Carpintería Mediterránea S.L. for the provision of professional Carpenter services, custom woodwork fabrication, and on-site installation at the residential development project "Residencial Alborada" located in the Ruzafa district of Valencia, Spain. The Carpenter and his team shall execute all carpentry tasks in strict accordance with the architectural drawings, technical specifications, and building regulations applicable in the Comunitat Valenciana region of Spain Valencia. Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the date of the corresponding invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by Spanish law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).

All materials and finished woodwork shall be delivered to the Residencial Alborada site at Calle de la Alborada, 7, Ruzafa, 46008 Valencia, Spain. The Carpenter is responsible for safe transport, loading, and unloading within the project boundaries. Site access hours in Valencia are 08:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday. The Carpenter must coordinate with the site security team at least 48 hours in advance for any deliveries of large items. All deliveries must be made in compliance with Valencia municipal traffic and loading regulations.

• The Carpenter warrants that all woodwork shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance in Spain Valencia.
• The Carpenter shall maintain valid professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro de Accidentes) throughout the duration of the contract.
