1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
2. The Carpenter contractor warrants that all wood materials are legally sourced, free from illegal logging, and comply with the Forest Act B.E. 2484 (1941) of Thailand and its amendments.
3. The Carpenter contractor shall maintain a minimum of THB 5,000,000 in public liability insurance and THB 2,000,000 in workers' compensation coverage for all Carpenter team members throughout the project duration.
