1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey Ankara.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of structural timber framing and flooring (Items 01 and 02), and 30% upon final acceptance of all Carpenter deliverables. 4.
