• All payments are subject to the presentation of a valid fatura (invoice) compliant with Turkish tax regulations (GİB).

• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Turkey Istanbul region, shall be addressed in accordance with Article 136 of the Turkish Code of Obligations.
• This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the expiration date stated in the header, unless extended in writing.
