- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Property Developments Ltd. (the "Buyer") and Thameside Carpentry & Joinery Services Ltd. (the "Carpenter" or "Supplier") upon acceptance and signature by both parties.
- All carpentry and joinery works shall be executed in the United Kingdom London area in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and standards referenced in this Purchase Order. The Carpenter shall ensure all timber materials are FSC-certified and comply with UK Building Regulations Part A (Structure) and Part B (Fire Safety).
- The Carpenter shall provide a minimum of 12 months' workmanship guarantee on all installed elements. Any defects identified within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Payment shall be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Carpenter, issued in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs requirements for the United Kingdom London region. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-LDN-2025-04871).
- The Carpenter shall maintain adequate public liability insurance (minimum £10,000,000) and employer's liability insurance throughout the duration of the works. Certificates of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement on site.
- All works shall comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and all relevant London-specific site safety protocols. The Carpenter shall appoint a competent site supervisor for all operations.
- Any variation to the scope of works described in this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to execution. No additional charges shall be incurred without a formal variation order referencing this Purchase Order.
