  1. Scope of Chef Engagement: The Chef shall perform all culinary duties at the restaurant premises in El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia. The Chef retains creative authority over menu development but must comply with all health and safety regulations established by the Secretaría de Salud de Medellín and INVIMA (Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos).
  2. Labor Compliance: This Purchase Order for Chef services is structured in accordance with Colombian labor legislation. The Chef shall be registered with the Colombian Social Security System (Pensión, Salud, ARL) as required by the Código Sustantivo del Trabajo. All statutory deductions (salario mínimo, prestaciones sociales, cesantías) shall be applied per Antioquia regional regulations.
  3.
