- Scope of Engagement: This Purchase Order constitutes a formal request for the professional services of Chef Antoine Beaumont as Executive Chef and Culinary Director for Maison Lumière Gastronomie SARL, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, France. The Chef shall perform all duties in accordance with the standards expected of a professional chef operating within the France Paris culinary landscape, including adherence to French gastronomic codes, hygiene regulations, and the collective labor agreement governing the restaurant industry in France.
- Duration and Renewal: The engagement period specified in this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 September 2025 and conclude on 31 August 2026. Either party may initiate a renewal discussion no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date. Any extension of the Chef's contract shall be documented through a supplementary Purchase Order issued under the same reference framework.
- Compensation and Payment: All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are denominated in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable French Value Added Tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 20%.
