4. Confidentiality: The Chef agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary recipes, menu concepts, supplier relationships, and internal operational details of the Buyer. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
5. Insurance and Liability: The Chef shall maintain valid professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of € 1,000,000 per occurrence, as well as statutory accident insurance (gesetzliche Unfallversicherung) in accordance with German social security law. The Chef shall indemnify the Buyer against any claims arising from the Chef's negligence or breach of duty.

7. 8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated closures, or strikes, in accordance with § 275 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
9. Dispute Resolution: Prior to initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation at the Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Frankfurt am Main). If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the competent civil courts in Frankfurt am Main.
