The Chef shall be responsible for the full culinary operations of the executive dining room, the private event kitchen, and the daily catering service provided to corporate clients within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area.

1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the vendor. The vendor must return a signed copy of this Purchase Order to Accra Hospitality & Catering Solutions Ltd. within five (5) business days of receipt.
2. Commencement: The Chef shall report for duty at the designated kitchen facility in Ghana Accra no later than 08:00 AM on 1 July 2025. Failure to commence within three (3) business days of the start date shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within Ghana Accra. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt.
4. Performance Standards: The Chef is expected to maintain a minimum guest satisfaction score of 90% as measured by quarterly surveys conducted at the Ghana Accra venue. The Chef shall adhere to all food safety regulations enforced by the Ghana FDA and the Ghana Standards Authority.
5. Confidentiality: All proprietary recipes, supplier lists, menu plans, and operational procedures developed or utilized by the Chef during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Accra Hospitality & Catering Solutions Ltd.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of gross misconduct, food safety violations, or failure to meet performance benchmarks, termination may be effected immediately without notice.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2005 (Act 698).
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns in Ghana Accra, or pandemics.

The Chef shall be deployed to the following location in Ghana Accra: Accra Hospitality & Catering Solutions Ltd., Executive Kitchen, 3rd Floor, Independence Avenue Business Centre, Osu, Ghana Accra. The vendor is responsible for arranging the Chef's transportation to the Ghana Accra site on the first day of engagement. All work tools, knives, and personal culinary equipment must be provided by the Chef unless otherwise specified in the onboarding package.
