1. Description of Purchase – Chef ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by Grandeur Hospitality Group Pvt. Ltd. to Culinary Excellence India Services LLP for the procurement and placement of a professional Chef to be deployed at the buyer's flagship restaurant premises located in India New Delhi. The Chef shall be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, menu development, kitchen management, and food quality assurance at the designated location in India New Delhi for a contract period of twelve (12) months, commencing from 1 August 2025.

The Chef engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the buyer's premises in India New Delhi:
- Design, develop, and maintain a seasonal menu that reflects Indian, continental, and fusion cuisines appropriate for the clientele in India New Delhi.
- Manage and supervise a kitchen team of up to fifteen (15) staff members, ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety standards mandated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
- Procure and oversee the quality of all raw materials and ingredients sourced from local vendors in and around India New Delhi.
- Conduct weekly inventory audits and submit cost-control reports to the Director of Operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, health regulations, and municipal bylaws governing food establishments in India New Delhi.
- Participate in at least two (2) public food events or culinary showcases per quarter as directed by the buyer.
- Maintain a professional demeanour and represent the brand in all interactions with guests, suppliers, and regulatory authorities in India New Delhi.
- Payment shall be made in monthly instalments of INR 118,750.00 (inclusive of GST) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in India New Delhi.
- The first payment shall be due within fifteen (15) days of the Chef's commencement date, i.e., by 16 August 2025.
- A 10% advance of INR 142,500.00 shall be payable upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by the supplier.
- Any late payment shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the terms agreed upon for services rendered in India New Delhi.
- All payments are subject to the buyer's receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier.
- The Chef shall report for duty at the buyer's restaurant located at 42, Connaught Place, India New Delhi on 1 August 2025 at 09:00 IST.
- The supplier shall ensure the Chef is available, fully equipped with professional chef attire, and has completed all onboarding formalities prior to the commencement date.
- Working hours shall be Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST, with a one-hour meal break. Sunday shall be a rest day unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon written acceptance by the supplier.
- The Chef shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary recipes, menu designs, and operational strategies of the buyer.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
- The supplier warrants that the Chef possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of professional culinary experience, holds a valid FSSAI food handler certificate, and has no criminal record as verified through the Delhi Police background check.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in India New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of India New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance covering the Chef for the duration of the contract.
