- This Purchase Order is issued by Nusantara Culinary Group PT for the procurement of professional Chef services and associated culinary equipment to be delivered and performed at the company's primary facility located in Indonesia Jakarta, specifically within the South Jakarta (Jakarta Selatan) business district.
- All Chef personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold valid work permits (KITAS) if they are foreign nationals, and must comply with all labor regulations set forth by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Domestic Chef candidates must present valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and a clean criminal background check issued by the Indonesia Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polres Metro Jakarta).
- The Executive Chef and all subordinate Chef positions must complete a mandatory onboarding period of fourteen (14) calendar days at the Indonesia Jakarta headquarters kitchen before full operational duties commence. During this period, the Chef will review existing menus, assess kitchen infrastructure, and align with the culinary direction established by the buyer.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful completion of the Chef onboarding period, and the remaining 30% to be disbursed in equal monthly installments over the final three months of the contract term. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All equipment and materials listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Indonesia Jakarta facility no later than 10 July 2025. The Chef personnel must report for duty no later than 15 July 2025. Late delivery or late commencement will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the applicable line-item value per calendar day of delay.
- The Chef services are subject to the Halal food certification requirements mandated by the Indonesian government. All Chef personnel must demonstrate proficiency in preparing Halal-compliant dishes and must adhere to the standards set by the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) as applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Indonesia National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Indonesia Jakarta, in accordance with the BANI arbitration rules.
- The vendor warrants that all Chef personnel are free from any competing contractual obligations and that no intellectual property, proprietary recipes, or trade secrets from any prior employer will be introduced into the Indonesia Jakarta kitchen operations without prior written consent from the buyer.
