- Scope of Engagement: The Chef and all culinary personnel procured under this Purchase Order shall be physically present and operational at the Islamabad Grand Hotel premises located in Blue Area, Pakistan Islamabad, for a minimum of 48 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays as per the hotel's operational calendar.
- Qualification Requirements: The Executive Chef must hold a minimum of 10 years of professional culinary experience, a recognized diploma or degree in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution, and verifiable references from at least two five-star hospitality establishments in Pakistan or internationally. All Chef positions require a valid food handler's license issued by the relevant authority in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Compliance: All culinary services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the Pakistan Food Authority regulations, the Islamabad Municipal Corporation health codes, and the standards set by the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) for hospitality establishments in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The first payment is due within 30 days of the commencement date. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services.
- Performance Standards: The Chef is expected to maintain a guest satisfaction rating of no less than 90% as measured by quarterly audits. Failure to meet this standard for two consecutive quarters shall constitute grounds for termination of this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice.
- Confidentiality: All recipes, menu designs, supplier lists, and operational strategies developed during the tenure of this Purchase Order remain the exclusive intellectual property of Islamabad Grand Hospitality Group. The Chef and all associated personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to commencing duties in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with 14 days' notice. All outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within 30 days.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The seat of arbitration shall be Pakistan Islamabad. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with specific reference to commercial and labor regulations applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Pakistan Islamabad, or pandemics, provided written notice is given within 7 days of the event.
