2. SCOPE OF PURCHASE ORDER – CHEF SERVICES & EQUIPMENTThis Purchase Order is issued by Al Doha Grand Hospitality Group LLC for the procurement of professional Chef services and associated culinary equipment to be deployed at the purchaser's flagship restaurant, Le Ciel Doha, located in the West Bay district of Doha, Qatar. The Chef engagement and equipment supply shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order and shall comply with all applicable regulations of the State of Qatar, including the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004) and the Qatar Food Safety and Quality Standards issued by the Ministry of Public Health.

- Delivery and Deployment: All Chef personnel shall be deployed to the purchaser's premises in Doha, Qatar, no later than 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order. All culinary equipment shall be delivered, installed, and commissioned at the Le Ciel Doha kitchen within the same timeframe.
- Compliance with Qatar Doha Regulations: The Supplier warrants that all Chef personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold valid work permits, medical fitness certificates, and Qatar residency visas in full compliance with the State of Qatar immigration and labour authorities. The Supplier shall bear all costs associated with visa processing, medical examinations, and work permit issuance in Doha, Qatar.
- Quality Assurance: The Executive Chef and all subordinate Chef staff shall meet the minimum qualifications specified herein. The Purchaser reserves the right to conduct a practical culinary assessment upon arrival in Doha, Qatar, prior to the commencement of the service period. Failure to meet the agreed standards shall entitle the Purchaser to terminate the relevant line item without penalty.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful deployment of all Chef personnel and delivery of equipment in Doha, Qatar, and 20% upon completion of the 30-day probationary period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
- Warranty and Support: All culinary equipment supplied under this Purchase Order carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The Supplier shall provide on-site technical support in Doha, Qatar, within 48 hours of any reported equipment malfunction during the warranty period.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the compensation structure of the Chef personnel, and all proprietary culinary recipes and operational procedures developed during the engagement in Doha, Qatar.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Doha Commercial Courts, Qatar, or by arbitration under the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC) rules, seated in Doha, Qatar.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies as declared by the authorities in Qatar Doha.
- Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements regarding Chef personnel changes or equipment substitutions are not valid under this Purchase Order.
