This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Grand Hospitality Group to formally request and authorize the procurement of a senior Chef and associated culinary support services for deployment at our flagship property located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Chef shall be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, quality control, and staff training across the hotel's three dining outlets, including the main restaurant, the private dining suite, and the in-room catering division.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding offer. The Supplier, Gulf Culinary Talent Solutions LLC, shall confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to respond within this period shall be deemed a rejection of this Purchase Order.
- Qualifications of the Chef: The Chef nominated by the Supplier must hold a recognized culinary diploma (e.g., from Le Cordon Bleu, CIA, or equivalent), a valid passport, a clean criminal background check, and a medical fitness certificate issued by an approved medical center in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Buyer reserves the right to reject any candidate who does not meet the stipulated qualifications.
- Compliance with Saudi Law: All employment terms, working hours, leave entitlements, and end-of-service benefits shall strictly comply with the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51) and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The Supplier shall ensure full compliance with all labor, immigration, and tax obligations applicable in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Performance Standards: The Chef shall maintain a minimum guest satisfaction score of 90% as measured by quarterly internal audits. Failure to meet this standard for two consecutive quarters shall entitle the Buyer to terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
- Payment Schedule: Monthly salary payments for the Chef and Sous Chef shall be processed on the last working day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Lump-sum items (Items 03, 04, 05, and 06) shall be invoiced and paid within 30 days of service completion or milestone achievement.
- Confidentiality: All menu formulations, supplier lists, and operational procedures developed by the Chef during the tenure of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Al-Riyadh Grand Hospitality Group. The Chef shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing duties in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall facilitate the Chef's transition, including final salary settlement, Iqama cancellation, and repatriation assistance in accordance with Saudi Arabian labor regulations.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or by arbitration under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Chef and associated culinary services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
