1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in South Korea Seoul under the rules of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board.

6. All intellectual property, including proprietary recipes and menu designs developed by the Chef during the term of this Purchase Order, shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer.
