All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed at the following location in Switzerland Zurich: Alpine Culinary Group AG, Bahnhofstrasse 142, 8001 Switzerland Zurich. The Chef is expected to be physically present at the Switzerland Zurich premises during all agreed working hours, Monday through Saturday, 07:00 to 22:00, with a two-day weekly rest period as stipulated under Swiss labour law (ArG / SR 172.021).
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by Maître Cuisine Services GmbH. The Chef’s engagement is contingent upon successful completion of a Swiss food handler’s certificate (Lebensmittelverordnungen) verification and a background check compliant with Switzerland Zurich municipal regulations.
- Payment: Invoices shall be submitted at the end of each calendar month. Payment of 100% of the invoiced amount shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account within Switzerland Zurich within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at 5% per annum as per Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104).
- Chef’s Obligations: The Chef shall maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence, adhere to all Swiss and Switzerland Zurich food hygiene and safety regulations, manage kitchen inventory, and provide weekly written reports to the Director of Operations. - Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of gross misconduct by the Chef, Alpine Culinary Group AG reserves the right to terminate immediately without compensation.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Switzerland Zurich (Kreisgericht Zürich).
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order, including the Chef’s personal data, shall be treated as confidential in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG / SR 235.1).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting Switzerland Zurich.
