The Chef must comply with all provisions of the Turkish Labor Law (4857), the Turkish Food Law (5996), and all municipal regulations applicable to food service establishments in Ankara, Turkey.
3. Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted on the last business day of each calendar month. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with fourteen (14) days' notice.
