- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier for the provision of Chef services in Turkey Istanbul. All terms are governed by the Turkish Commercial Code and applicable labor regulations of the Republic of Turkey.
- The Supplier shall ensure that all Chef personnel assigned to the Turkey Istanbul location hold valid work permits, health certificates, and food safety certifications as mandated by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Turkey Istanbul. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding service period. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in this Purchase Order.

- The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering all Chef personnel during their tenure at the Turkey Istanbul location, with a minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000 per incident.
