This Purchase Order authorises the procurement of professional Chef services to be delivered at the Birmingham, United Kingdom premises of Birmingham Hospitality Group Ltd. The Supplier, Culinary Excellence Partners Ltd., shall provide a fully qualified and experienced Chef team as detailed in the line items above. All Chef personnel must hold valid UK right-to-work documentation, a minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 for senior Chef roles), and relevant culinary qualifications recognised by the UK hospitality sector. The Executive Chef shall be responsible for overall kitchen management, cost control, menu innovation, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations applicable in the United Kingdom, including those enforced by the local Birmingham City Council Environmental Health Department.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to Chef services in Birmingham, United Kingdom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- The Supplier warrants that all Chef personnel assigned under this Purchase Order shall be fully insured, including public liability insurance of no less than £5,000,000, and shall comply with all applicable UK employment legislation, including the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, Working Time Regulations 1998, and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (UK-BHM-2025-04782) and the specific line items for Chef services rendered in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- The Supplier shall provide a replacement Chef of equivalent or higher qualification within five (5) working days should any Chef personnel resign, be terminated, or become unavailable for service at the Birmingham, United Kingdom location.
- All Chef uniforms, equipment, and training materials procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Birmingham, United Kingdom site no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the contract start date of 01 September 2025.
- The Buyer reserves the right to audit the Supplier's compliance with this Purchase Order, including verification of Chef qualifications, working hours, and food safety practices, with no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours' written notice.
- Early termination of this Purchase Order may be effected by either party providing ninety (90) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the Supplier, the Buyer may terminate with fourteen (14) days' notice.
- All data processed under this Purchase Order, including personal data of Chef personnel, shall comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Chef services in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
