All services and goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered and performed at the following location in United Kingdom London:

142 Fleet Street, United Kingdom London, EC4Y 1AA
Access: Via main entrance on Fleet Street. Loading bay available for equipment delivery. The Chef personnel shall report to the kitchen manager on-site at 07:00 hours on the commencement date.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
- The Supplier warrants that the Chef personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold valid right-to-work documentation for the United Kingdom and shall comply with all immigration and employment regulations applicable in United Kingdom London.
- The Chef shall maintain a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum) and shall complete all mandatory United Kingdom London food safety training within the first 14 days of engagement.
- All culinary equipment delivered under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, and carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Installation shall be completed by certified engineers registered in United Kingdom London.
- The Supplier shall provide a replacement Chef within five (5) working days should the originally assigned Chef become unavailable for any reason, at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Payment shall be made via BACS transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- The Buyer reserves the right to inspect and reject any goods or services that do not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Rejected items must be replaced within ten (10) working days at the Supplier's expense.
- All personal data processed under this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as applicable in United Kingdom London.
- This Purchase Order shall remain in full force and effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commencement, unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with the termination clause.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be binding.
