Scope of Purchase OrderThis Purchase Order is issued by Pacific Chemical Solutions Pty Ltd to procure the professional services of a qualified Chemical Engineer along with associated technical equipment, software licences, and process design deliverables. The engagement is specifically tailored to support ongoing operations, plant optimisation, and regulatory compliance activities conducted within the Australia Sydney metropolitan region and its surrounding industrial precincts, including the Port Botany and Wollongong industrial corridors.
The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree accredited by Engineers Australia, possess a minimum of eight (8) years of post-qualification experience in process design, reactor engineering, and hazardous materials handling, and maintain current professional registration as a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia. All work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Australian Standards (AS/NZS) applicable to chemical processing facilities and the environmental and safety regulations enforced by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and SafeWork NSW.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature and is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
- The Chemical Engineer shall adhere to all applicable Australian Standards, including AS 1210 (Pressure Vessels), AS 3780 (Pressure Equipment), and AS/NZS 4360 (Risk Management), as well as all relevant NSW legislative requirements.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid tax invoice. All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account in Australia Sydney.
- The Chemical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of AUD $20,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- All deliverables, including process designs, simulation files, and reports produced under this Purchase Order, shall be the intellectual property of Pacific Chemical Solutions Pty Ltd upon full payment.
- The supplier warrants that the Chemical Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be engaged by any competing entity within the Australia Sydney chemical processing sector for a period of twelve (12) months following completion.
- Any variation to the scope of work under this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties prior to commencement of additional work.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) procedures before escalation to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
- The Chemical Engineer shall comply with all site-specific safety management plans, induction requirements, and environmental management procedures at each Australia Sydney facility visited.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination.
All physical goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the nominated Australia Sydney site address listed above. The Chemical Engineer shall provide written progress reports to the Buyer's Project Manager on a fortnightly basis. Acceptance of services and deliverables shall be confirmed in writing within ten (10) business days of submission. Failure to provide written rejection within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance.
