- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem.
- Professional Qualification: The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid license issued by the Israel Engineers Association and must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in industrial chemical engineering. The Chemical Engineer must be registered in good standing with the Israel Chemical Engineers Registry.
- Compliance: All work performed by the Chemical Engineer under this Purchase Order must comply with the Israel Occupational Safety and Health Law, the Israel Environmental Protection Law, and all applicable municipal bylaws of Israel Jerusalem.
