The Chemical Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution, possess a valid professional license issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in petrochemical, refining, or process industries. The engineer must be physically present in Kuwait City, Kuwait, for the duration of the contracted engagement and must comply with all local labor regulations and work permit requirements established by the Kuwaiti government.

5.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Kuwaiti Commercial Code and applicable regulations of the Kuwait Ministry of Finance.

5.2. The Chemical Engineer shall adhere to all safety protocols, environmental standards, and operational procedures established by Al-Nakheel Petrochemical Industries W.L.L. and the Kuwait Environment Protection Authority while performing duties at the Kuwait City facility.

5.3. The supplier shall ensure that the Chemical Engineer maintains valid civil liability insurance coverage of no less than KWD 250,000 for the entire duration of the contract.

5.4. All deliverables, reports, process designs, and safety assessments produced by the Chemical Engineer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the buyer upon full payment.

5.5. The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Chemical Engineer's duties without prior written consent from the buyer's Procurement Director.

5.6. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City, Kuwait, in accordance with the Kuwait Arbitration Law.

5.7. The buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach, non-performance, or failure to meet the specified competency requirements of the Chemical Engineer.
