2. The Chemical Engineer assigned to this contract must hold a valid degree in Chemical Engineering recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education and be registered with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Químicos de Madrid.
3. All services shall be performed at the Buyer's facility located in the Polígono Industrial de Madrid, Spain, or at such other location within Spain Madrid as mutually agreed in writing.

8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
