1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
2. The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional registration with the UAE Council of Engineers and a current professional indemnity insurance certificate with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000.
3. All work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the UAE Federal Law No. 3 of 2009 (Occupational Safety and Health), the Dubai Municipality environmental regulations, and the relevant standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the American Petroleum Institute (API).
4. The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Chemical Engineer services without prior written consent from the buyer. Any approved subcontractor must meet the same qualification and insurance requirements.
