Order Description
This Purchase Order is issued by ZimChem Industrial Solutions (Pvt) Ltd for the procurement of specialized laboratory and process equipment required by our senior Chemical Engineer, Dr. R. Ncube, for the ongoing polymer synthesis and water treatment optimization project located at our primary facility in Zimbabwe Harare. All items listed below have been specified and approved by the Chemical Engineer in accordance with the project technical specifications document (Ref: ZC-CE-TECH-2025-003) and must comply with the standards set by the Zimbabwe National Standards Authority (ZANAS) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) industrial regulations.

Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between ZimChem Industrial Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and the supplier upon written acceptance. All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the ZimChem facility at 22 Industrial Avenue, Zimbabwe Harare, no later than 30 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total order value per calendar day of delay.
- All equipment must be new, unused, and accompanied by manufacturer's warranty certificates (minimum 24 months). The Chemical Engineer responsible for this project, Dr. R. Ncube, shall conduct a full acceptance inspection upon delivery.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order; 60% upon delivery and successful inspection; 10% upon completion of commissioning and training at the Zimbabwe Harare site.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in USD or ZWG (Zimbabwe Gold) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) exchange rate on the date of invoicing.
- The supplier shall provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance should any items be imported, and shall bear responsibility for compliance with the Zimbabwe Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) regulations regarding chemical handling equipment.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of Zimbabwean law.
- The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project retains the authority to reject any item that does not meet the specified technical requirements. Rejected items must be replaced within 14 business days at the supplier's cost.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 calendar days of the issue date. Failure to confirm within this period shall render this document null and void.
