The Chemist supplier must provide valid lot numbers, expiration dates, and corresponding sanitary certificates for every item delivered. Cold-chain products (Item #3) must be transported in temperature-controlled packaging between 2°C and 8°C throughout the entire delivery route within Córdoba province. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order is issued by Clínica San Martín de Córdoba S.R.L. and constitutes a binding request for the Chemist supplier, Farmacia Central Córdoba S.A., to supply the pharmaceutical and medical products listed above in accordance with the specifications, quantities, and pricing stated herein.
The Chemist supplier shall deliver all items to the recipient address located in Córdoba, Argentina, no later than the Required Delivery Date specified above. Delivery within the city of Córdoba shall be at the supplier's expense as indicated in the freight line.
All products must be in their original, unopened packaging with a minimum remaining shelf life of 18 months from the date of delivery. Any product with less than 18 months of validity will be rejected at the point of receipt.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, via bank transfer to the account designated by the Chemist supplier. The invoice must include the CUIT of the supplier and be issued in accordance with the Argentine tax regulations (AFIP).
The Chemist supplier warrants that all pharmaceutical products are registered with ANMAT and that the supplier holds a valid operating license (Matrícula) issued by the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de la Provincia de Córdoba.
In the event of non-conformity, damaged goods, or incorrect quantities, the recipient reserves the right to reject the affected items and request immediate replacement at no additional cost to the buyer. The Chemist supplier must respond to any quality complaint within forty-eight (48) hours.
This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Argentine Republic and the specific regulations of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Córdoba.
The Chemist supplier is responsible for maintaining all necessary cold-chain logistics for refrigerated medications and must provide a temperature log sheet accompanying each cold-chain delivery within Córdoba.
Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or modifications via email without formal countersignature shall not be binding.
