- This Purchase Order is issued by Pharmacie du Centre-Ville Inc., a registered pharmacy operating in Canada Montreal, Québec, and is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable to pharmaceutical and chemical commerce.

- The vendor shall maintain a minimum of twelve (12) months of product liability insurance coverage valid in Canada Montreal and throughout the Province of Québec.
