Terms & Conditions — Purchase Order for Chemist Operations in Egypt Alexandria
- This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Coastal Chemist, a licensed pharmacy operating in Alexandria, Egypt, and is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) regulations and the Egyptian Commercial Code.
- All pharmaceutical products listed above must be in full compliance with EDA registration requirements. The supplier shall provide certificates of analysis, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates for every item delivered to the Chemist facility in Alexandria.
- Delivery shall be made to the Chemist premises at 42 Corniche El-Nil Street, Seafront District, Alexandria, Egypt, no later than June 26, 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Chemist to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the supplier's invoice date via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The Chemist reserves the right to withhold payment for any items found to be expired, damaged, or non-compliant upon receipt inspection.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unopened, and stored under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions during transit to Alexandria, Egypt. Cold-chain items (if applicable) must be shipped with temperature-logging devices.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Alexandria, Egypt. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the issue date. The Chemist may amend or cancel this order in writing prior to the supplier's confirmation of shipment.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for goods in transit to the Chemist location in Alexandria, Egypt, and shall be liable for any loss or damage occurring during delivery.
