Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Chemist Supply Co., a licensed Chemist and pharmacy distributor operating in Egypt Cairo, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of pharmaceutical and medical products as itemized above.
- All products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) regulations and must carry valid import permits, batch certificates, and expiry dates of no less than 18 months from the date of delivery to the Chemist warehouse in Egypt Cairo.
- The supplier shall deliver all goods to the designated Chemist facility located in Dokki, Egypt Cairo, no later than the required delivery date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Chemist buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid commercial invoice and delivery confirmation at the Chemist receiving dock in Egypt Cairo.
- The Chemist buyer reserves the right to inspect all incoming goods upon arrival. Any items found damaged, expired, or not matching the specifications in this Purchase Order shall be rejected and must be replaced by the supplier within seven (7) business days at no additional cost.
- All pharmaceutical products must be stored and transported in compliance with Egypt Cairo health and safety standards, including temperature-controlled logistics for sensitive items such as inhalers and injectables.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the commercial laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
- The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is for the exclusive use of a registered Chemist in Egypt Cairo and that all products are intended for licensed retail pharmacy dispensing and shall not be resold outside the Egyptian pharmaceutical distribution network.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Chemist buyer and the supplier. Verbal modifications are not valid under Egyptian commercial law.
