Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Chemist Pharmacy LLC, a licensed chemist and pharmacy operator registered in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and constitutes a binding procurement request to the named supplier.
- All pharmaceutical products listed in this Purchase Order must be accompanied by valid certificates of analysis, batch numbers, and expiry dates not less than 18 months from the date of delivery to the Chemist warehouse in Almaty.
- Controlled substances (Item #3 – Insulin Glargine) require a separate controlled-substance transport permit issued by the Committee on Control of Drugs and Precursors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The supplier shall provide all necessary documentation prior to dispatch.
- Delivery shall be made to the Chemist's designated warehouse at 78 Zhetysu Street, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The supplier bears full responsibility for goods until they are received and inspected at the Chemist's premises (DAP Almaty).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. The Chemist reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that fail quality inspection upon receipt.
- The supplier warrants that all products comply with the Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) pharmaceutical standards applicable in Kazakhstan.
- Any partial delivery or substitution of items must be approved in writing by the Procurement Manager of Almaty Chemist Pharmacy LLC prior to shipment. Unauthorized substitutions will result in rejection of the affected items at no cost to the Chemist.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable EAEU trade regulations. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Almaty City Court of Kazakhstan.
- The Chemist reserves the right to cancel or modify this Purchase Order in whole or in part with 72 hours' written notice prior to the scheduled delivery date, without incurring any penalty.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the Procurement Department of Almaty Chemist Pharmacy LLC at [email protected] or by registered mail to the address stated above in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
