Special Instructions: All cold-chain items must be transported in validated insulated containers maintaining 2–8°C. The Chemist supplier must provide a temperature log sheet with each cold-chain delivery. Delivery to the Casablanca warehouse must be coordinated with the on-site pharmacist in charge, Mr. Karim Tazi.
Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Moroccan Commercial Code and the regulatory framework governing pharmaceutical distribution in Morocco, as overseen by the Agence Nationale du Médicament et des Produits de Santé (ANMPS).
- The Chemist supplier, Chemist Distribution Casablanca SARL, warrants that all pharmaceutical products listed herein are registered with the ANMPS, bear valid batch numbers, and have not expired prior to the delivery date. A minimum shelf life of 18 months must remain at the time of delivery.
- Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice (facture) and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order. The buyer's bank is Bank of Africa (BMCE), Casablanca branch, IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0312 3456 7890 123.
- The Chemist supplier shall bear full responsibility for any damage, loss, or temperature excursion occurring during transit within the Casablanca metropolitan area. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
- All equipment items (Item 06) shall be installed, calibrated, and certified by the supplier's technical team at the buyer's Casablanca premises within 5 business days of delivery. A conformity certificate compliant with Moroccan health regulations must accompany each unit.
- The software license (Item 07) shall be activated on the buyer's existing server infrastructure in Casablanca. The Chemist supplier shall provide 12 months of technical support and updates included in the license fee.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the general terms and conditions of Chemist Distribution Casablanca SARL, as well as the specific regulatory requirements of the Moroccan Ministry of Health regarding pharmaceutical procurement and storage.
- Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal amendments are not binding.
- In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
- The Chemist supplier confirms that it holds a valid Autorisation d'Exercice (Pharmacy Practice License) and a current Certificat de Conformité for pharmaceutical wholesale distribution in the Casablanca-Settat region.
