- This Purchase Order is issued by Himalayan Research & Analytical Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal, and is directed to the named Chemist supplier, Shree Anand Chemist & Pharmaceutical Supplies, for the procurement of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and glassware as itemized above.
- All goods supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the standards set by the Department of Drug Administration, Nepal, and must carry valid batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates clearly printed on each container.
- The Chemist supplier shall ensure that all chemical reagents are of analytical or pharmaceutical grade as specified. Substandard or expired materials will be rejected at the point of delivery in Nepal Kathmandu without any additional cost to the buyer.
- Delivery shall be made to the buyer's premises at New Baneshwor Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal, no later than 30 June 2025. The Chemist is responsible for safe transport, proper packaging, and compliance with all hazardous material handling regulations within the Kathmandu Valley.
- Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Chemist supplier, via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment until all items are verified against this Purchase Order.
- The Chemist supplier warrants that all products are free from defects, contamination, and adulteration. Any claim for defective goods must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The Chemist supplier shall provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for each chemical batch delivered, along with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) for all hazardous substances included in this order.
- Neither party may assign or transfer this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the other party. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and the Chemist supplier regarding the items listed herein.
