1. 6. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) if both parties agree in writing.
7. The Chemist shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit within Saudi Arabia Riyadh until delivery is confirmed and signed for by the buyer's authorized representative.
