Terms & Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Chemist Holdings Pte. Ltd. for the procurement of pharmaceutical and chemist-related products from Pacific Rim Pharmaceutical Distributors Pte. Ltd., both operating within Singapore Singapore.
- All chemist products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore Singapore regulations, including proper labelling, batch numbering, and expiry date requirements.
- Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order shall be made to the designated Chemist warehouse address in Singapore Singapore no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the purchaser to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Temperature-sensitive chemist items (as noted in the Remarks column) must be transported in validated cold-chain packaging maintained between 2°C and 8°C throughout transit within Singapore Singapore.
- Payment of the total amount of SGD 20,915.22 shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the supplier's invoice, via bank transfer to the account specified by the supplier in Singapore Singapore.
- The supplier warrants that all chemist products supplied under this Purchase Order are genuine, unexpired, and sourced from licensed manufacturers registered with the HSA Singapore Singapore.
- Any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or condition of the chemist goods upon delivery must be reported to the purchaser's procurement team within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt at the Singapore Singapore delivery location.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Singapore Centre for Mediation or the courts of Singapore Singapore.
- Neither party may assign or transfer this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the other party, and all obligations remain binding within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore.
