Terms and Conditions1. This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Central Chemist Pharmacy LLC, a registered Chemist establishment operating in Uzbekistan Tashkent, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and related services as itemized above.
2. The Supplier shall deliver all goods to the Chemist premises located at 142 Amir Temur Avenue, Chilonzor District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery shall be made in accordance with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms as specified in this Purchase Order.
3. All pharmaceutical products must comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the State Service for Medicines and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Supplier warrants that all items are within their expiration date by a minimum of 18 months at the time of delivery to the Chemist in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of goods at the Chemist warehouse in Tashkent. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Uzbekistan Som (UZS).
5. The Chemist reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Any items found to be damaged, expired, or non-conforming to the specifications listed in this Purchase Order shall be rejected and returned to the Supplier at the Supplier's sole expense.
6. The cold-chain pharmaceutical refrigeration units (Item No. 05) must be installed, calibrated, and certified by a licensed technician in Uzbekistan Tashkent prior to final acceptance. Installation costs are included in the unit price stated in this Purchase Order.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
8. The Supplier shall provide a full commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates of origin for all items. The Chemist in Uzbekistan Tashkent requires these documents for customs clearance and internal inventory compliance.
