4. In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 5. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the Civil Code, the Commercial Law, and all applicable pharmaceutical and chemical safety regulations.
6. Neither party may assign or transfer its obligations under this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the other party.
