1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between PT Nusantara Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and PT Arsitek Teknik Sipil Indonesia (hereinafter "the Civil Engineer Service Provider") for the provision of professional civil engineering services in Indonesia Jakarta.
2. The Civil Engineer shall commence all design and analysis work within fourteen (14) calendar days of the effective date of this Purchase Order and shall deliver the first set of structural drawings for Buyer review within sixty (60) calendar days.
3. All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Indonesian National Standards (SNI), the Building Permit Regulations (Peraturan Pemerintah No. 16 Tahun 2021), and the local building codes of the Indonesia Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta).
4. Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon acceptance of the structural design package, 50% upon completion of construction supervision (months 1–18), and 20% upon delivery of the final as-built documentation and structural certification. All payments shall be transferred via bank transfer to the account specified in this Purchase Order.
5. The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of IDR 5,000,000,000 (Five Billion Rupiah) for the entire duration of the project in Indonesia Jakarta.
