- This Purchase Order is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Iranian Civil Code and applicable Tehran municipal regulations.
- The Civil Engineer shall maintain a valid professional license issued by the Iranian Society of Civil Engineers (Tehran Chapter) throughout the entire duration of this Purchase Order. Any lapse in licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination.
