- Validity: This Purchase Order shall remain valid for acceptance within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to acknowledge acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Qualification Requirements: The Civil Engineer must hold a valid professional license issued by the Chamber of Civil Engineers of Saint Petersburg, Russia, and must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects within the Saint Petersburg metropolitan area.
- Compliance: All deliverables under this Purchase Order must conform to the current edition of Russian national standards (GOST), building codes (SP/SNiP), and the specific technical regulations of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of on-site supervision milestones, and 30% upon delivery and approval of final as-built documentation.
