Scope of Work – Civil Engineer Professional Services
This Purchase Order is issued to engage qualified Civil Engineer services for the design, structural analysis, and on-site supervision of the Chao Phraya River Embankment Reinforcement Project located in Thailand Bangkok. The Civil Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Department of Highways, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), and the Council of Engineers, Thailand.

Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Chulalongkorn Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd. and Siam Civil Engineering & Consulting Group Co., Ltd. for the provision of Civil Engineer professional services in Thailand Bangkok.
- All Civil Engineer personnel assigned to this project must hold valid professional licenses issued by the Council of Engineers, Thailand, and must present their credentials at the project site in Thailand Bangkok prior to commencing work.
- The Civil Engineer shall adhere to the Thai Building Control Act B.E. 2522 (1979), the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration construction codes, and all applicable national standards (TIS) governing civil infrastructure works.
- Payment shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account specified by the supplier within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice acceptance, subject to satisfactory completion of each milestone as defined in the project schedule.
- The Civil Engineer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, environmental clearances, and regulatory approvals from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the Department of Environment prior to the commencement of any fieldwork in Thailand Bangkok.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of Civil Engineer services must be approved in writing by the Chief Civil Engineer of the Buyer before execution. No additional charges will be recognized without a formally issued amendment to this Purchase Order.
- The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 20,000,000 for the duration of the contract, valid throughout the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area.
- Confidentiality: All project data, geological surveys, structural calculations, and proprietary information related to this Civil Engineer engagement in Thailand Bangkok shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in Thailand Bangkok, and failing mediation, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand Bangkok.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
