The scope of work for the Computer Engineer includes, but is not limited to: (a) design and implementation of a new enterprise network infrastructure spanning three office locations within Chile Santiago; (b) development of custom firmware for industrial IoT sensors deployed in the Buyer's manufacturing facility; (c) technical oversight and code review of a software development team of eight (8) engineers; (d) preparation of technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and compliance reports in accordance with Chilean regulatory standards; and (e) on-site troubleshooting and maintenance support during business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Chile Santiago headquarters.

• Payment shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via electronic bank transfer to the account designated by the Computer Engineer.
• 30% advance payment upon execution of this Purchase Order, due within five (5) business days of signing.
• Monthly progress payments of 35% of the total contract value, invoiced on the last business day of each calendar month, payable within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.
• Final payment of 35% upon completion and formal acceptance of all deliverables by the Buyer's project management team in Chile Santiago.

• Location of Work: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered primarily at the Buyer's facilities in Chile Santiago. • Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, source code, network credentials, and business strategies of Andes Digital Solutions SpA. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
• Intellectual Property: All work product, designs, code, documentation, and deliverables created by the Computer Engineer in the course of performing services under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Computer Engineer hereby assigns all intellectual property rights to Andes Digital Solutions SpA.
• Compliance with Chilean Law: The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Chile, including but not limited to the Chilean Labor Code (Código del Trabajo), data protection regulations (Ley 19.628), and tax obligations administered by the Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales.
