The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the China Guangzhou operational site:

• Design and deployment of a scalable enterprise server infrastructure supporting a minimum of 500 concurrent users at the Guangzhou headquarters.
• Development and maintenance of proprietary software applications written in C++, Python, and Java for internal business process automation.
• Configuration, monitoring, and optimization of the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure across all China Guangzhou office locations.
• Implementation of cybersecurity protocols, including firewall management, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption standards compliant with China's Cybersecurity Law and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
• Conducting quarterly system audits and producing detailed technical reports for the buyer's executive management team.
• Providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for all IT hardware, including workstations, servers, storage arrays, and peripheral devices.
