This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Technologies & Infrastructure S.A.E., a registered entity operating in Egypt Cairo, to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to provide specialized technical consulting, system architecture design, and infrastructure implementation services. The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the Egypt Cairo operational site:
- Design and implementation of a scalable enterprise network infrastructure serving 450+ workstations across three floors of the Egypt Cairo headquarters.
- Deployment and configuration of server systems, including virtualization platforms, storage area networks, and redundant power solutions.
- Conducting a comprehensive cybersecurity audit and developing a multi-layered defense strategy tailored to the operational environment in Egypt Cairo.
- Integration of legacy systems with modern cloud-based platforms, ensuring seamless data migration and zero-downtime transition.
- Providing ongoing technical support, system monitoring, and performance optimization for a period of twelve (12) months following initial deployment.
- Training a team of fifteen (15) in-house IT staff members on the newly implemented systems and protocols.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature and shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, specifically the Egyptian Civil Code and applicable commercial regulations in force in Egypt Cairo.
- The Computer Engineer shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, hold a recognized degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, and maintain valid professional licensure issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's premises in Egypt Cairo unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Computer Engineer shall comply with all site safety protocols and access control procedures established by Nile Technologies.
- Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-EGY-CIR-2025-00472) for processing.
- The Computer Engineer shall deliver a comprehensive project report, including as-built documentation, system schematics, and user manuals, within ten (10) business days of project completion in Egypt Cairo.
- Any modifications to the scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties prior to execution. Unauthorized changes shall not be compensated.
- The service provider warrants that all work performed by the Computer Engineer shall be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary information, system credentials, and business data encountered during the engagement in Egypt Cairo shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
